About Me

Hello, my name is Marissa Dudek. I am a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), certified Sound Healer, and Level 2 Reiki Healer. I also am a practicing Tarot & Oracle reader. 

I am currently located in San Francisco, California & studying for my Ph.D. in East West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies with a deep interest in integrative healing. I strive to connect global healing practices with modern Western psychotherapeutic techniques. My practice often explore themes of self-compassion, mindfulness, and empowerment, helping individuals reconnect with their inner selves.

During my journey as a Ph.D. student, I intend to deepen my studies in these themes while continuing to offer my services.

Services & Offerings

I offer personalized guidance and holistic support through my range of services, including Kundalini and Hatha yoga, pranayama, guided meditation,  sound healing, and Reiki energy healing. Most services, except Reiki and Tarot readings, are available in both group and one-on-one private settings to suit your needs. Sessions are conducted virtually for your convenience, or if you’re located in the Bay area, I’m happy to meet with you in person at a time and place that works best for you.
